We are over at 132 Niriya. Most days you’ll find us busy with elevator parts or out on a call because someone's lift stopped working. Elevators are one of those things nobody thinks about until they break, and then it’s a big problem for everyone in the building. We’ve been at this for a while now. The office isn't much to look at, just desks and a lot of technical manuals and spare buttons. People call us Zerodelay Elevators Private Limited, but we're really just a group of mechanics and techs who know how to get these machines moving again. Niriya is a decent spot for us, easy to get parts in and out. We spend a lot of time checking cables and making sure the doors slide like they should. It’s greasy work sometimes, especially when you’re in the pit or on top of the car, but it’s what we do. We don't really do the fancy sales talk. If a lift is jerky or making a weird grinding noise, we just go in and find out why. Sometimes it’s a sensor, sometimes it’s just old age. Being local helps because we know the buildings around here pretty well. We keep our tools ready and try to get to the site as fast as the traffic allows. It’s just us here, making sure people don't have to take the stairs if they don't want to. We keep it simple.
