Our place is over in Karnal at 68, Nayai Puri. We handle milk products every day, starting pretty early when most people are still asleep. It’s not a fancy job. We spend most of our time moving crates around and making sure everything is stored properly. Dealing with fresh milk is a lot of work because you can't really wait around. The trucks show up at all sorts of hours. Sometimes the weather in Karnal gets really hot, which makes our job a bit harder, but we just deal with it. It’s a small team here in Nayai Puri. Most of the guys have been working with us for years and know exactly what to do. The building itself is just a regular spot on the street, nothing that stands out much. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters for us. We just focus on the dairy stuff. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have a big delivery, but we eventually get it sorted out. If you walk by in the morning, you’ll see us busy with the loading. We don't try to be more than a local milk business. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s a practical life, and we are fine with that. It is just how things are run around here at our spot in 68, Nayai Puri.
