Virk Travels & Insurance Agency is located in Shanti Nagar, Karnal. We have a bit of a different setup because we do two things at once. We handle travel bookings and we also help people with their insurance needs. It might seem like an odd mix, but it works for us. People who are planning a trip often find they need to talk about insurance too, or folks come in for a policy and end up booking a car for a family visit. The office in Shanti Nagar is a plain, functional space. We have a few chairs for people to sit while we go over the travel routes or fill out insurance forms. It's not a big fancy agency. We are just local people who know how to get the paperwork done. Shanti Nagar is a decent area and it is easy enough for our regulars to find us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or on the computer, checking rates and car schedules. It can get a bit hectic when several people come in at once, but we manage. We don't have a lot of marketing talk or big promises. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. Whether it is a car for a day or a new insurance plan for a vehicle or a home, we just take it step by step and get it sorted out.
