Tvara Logistics Private Limited is based right in the middle of the action at Shop Number 108 in Ghossian Mohalla, inside the Mini Sarafa Bazar of Karnal. If you know the bazar, you know how crowded and busy it gets with all the shops and shoppers. Our space is small but we make it work for everything we need to do in the logistics world. There are boxes and ledgers piled up around the room because there is always something moving in or out. The streets outside are narrow, so there is a lot of noise from bikes and carts passing by. We have a small desk where the main computer sits and we take turns using it to check on shipments and schedules. It is a very hands-on kind of environment. We don't have a fancy lounge or anything like that. If you come by, you'll probably find us on the phone or writing down notes on scraps of paper. The air in the bazar always smells like street food and dust, which is just how it is. We have been at this shop for a while and the other shopkeepers are all friends of ours. It is a tough, busy place to work but it keeps us on our toes and we never have a boring day. We just keep our heads down and focus on getting things moved from one place to another without too much fuss.
