Trade Xpo

You can find us over on Karnakata Lane. It’s one of those narrow spots where you have to be careful how you park your scooter. We’ve been operating Trade Xpo from this location for quite some time. The building is older, but it serves our purposes. Mostly, we are busy organizing things and dealing with various vendors who drop by. There is always a lot of chatter in the office about logistics and where things need to go. We don't really do much advertising because most people who need us already know where the lane is. It gets a bit dusty in the summer when the wind kicks up, but we just keep the doors shut and keep working. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, so we sit outside and wait for it to come back. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don’t have any big corporate signs or anything. Just the name on the door. Our team is small, just a few of us who have known each other for years. We handle the paperwork and make sure the deliveries are moving. It’s not the most exciting work every day, but it feels good to get things done right. Most of the neighbors are also in trade, so we all know each other. If you walk down the lane, you’ll likely see us moving boxes or talking on the phone with suppliers about their latest stock.
