Teri Public School

We are situated out on Kaithal Road, right around the 9th Milestone mark. Being on the ground floor of this building on the main road means we see everything that passes by. It’s quite close to Kurukshetra University, so there are always students and buses moving around the area. It can be a bit loud with the traffic, but being on the main road makes it easy for the parents to find us. We don’t have a lot of levels to the building, just the ground floor, which is actually easier because nobody has to climb many stairs. The rooms are basic but they work. We spend a lot of time making sure the place stays clean because the dust from Kaithal Road is never-ending. You sweep one hour and it’s back the next. The staff here is mostly local people who know the area well. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything. It’s just us and the students. Most days are spent grading papers or trying to fix the printer when it jams again. It gets really busy during admissions, and we all end up drinking too much tea just to stay awake. It’s a practical setup. We provide a place for kids to learn without all the extra fluff you see at those expensive private schools. We’re just a regular school doing our thing by the highway and we are fine with that.
