Tandon Hospital

This hospital is right on Tehsil Road, not too far from the Civil Hospital. It's a busy stretch of road, so there’s always something going on outside. We’ve been operating here for a good amount of time, handling whatever comes through the door. Most of our days are filled with regular checkups, people coming in with fevers, or minor injuries that need looking at. It’s a practical sort of place. We don't have any big signs or flashy stuff outside. Inside, it's mostly white walls and the smell of floor cleaner. We have different rooms for different needs, and the staff is usually running around trying to keep up with the paperwork. Sometimes the waiting area gets crowded, especially on Monday mornings when everyone seems to show up at once. We just do our best to get to everyone in order. The furniture is a bit worn out from use, but it serves its purpose well enough. We see a lot of families from the surrounding area who find it easier to come here than to go into the bigger city centers. It feels like a neighborhood spot even though we're a hospital. There’s a lot of coming and going throughout the day. We keep the kettle going in the back for the staff during breaks. It’s a lot of hard work, but it’s what we know how to do here on Tehsil Road and the locals seem to appreciate having us nearby.
