Systematic Conscom Ltd

I am Sandeep Kumar, and I run this branch of Systematic Conscom Ltd from my village, Bhagwanpur, near Madhuban in the Karnal district. My father is Sh. Chhotu Ram, and we have lived here in Haryana all our lives. Working from a village like this is different from being in a big city office. Things move at a different pace here. Most of my work involves managing local projects and making sure things stay on track. I don't have a big staff or a tall building. It’s mostly me handling the paperwork and going out to meet people. The area around Madhuban is mostly quiet, but we keep busy enough. I started doing this because I wanted to work for myself and help build things in our own region. It’s not always easy, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate or when supplies are late coming from the city. But we make do with what we have. People around here know me and they knew my father, so there is a lot of trust. I don't use fancy talk or try to pretend we are bigger than we are. We just do the work that needs doing. Sometimes I spend my whole day on the phone or driving my motorcycle to different spots. It’s a simple life, but the work is honest and it keeps us going. I’m proud to be working right here in my own village.
