S.N. Doctor

S.N. Doctor is based in Village Sondhapur, which is in the Jattal area of Panipat. Our place is quite close to the Nehar, or the canal. Being near the water gives the area a bit of a different feel compared to the middle of the city. It is a more rural setting, where life moves a little bit slower. We are at a point where people from the village and the nearby fields can reach us without having to go all the way into Panipat town. The clinic is very basic. We have a small desk and some old wooden chairs. It is the kind of place where you can hear the birds and the sound of the water when it is quiet. We don't have any corporate branding or shiny logos. We just have a small board outside so people know where we are. Most of the people who come to see us are farmers or people who work nearby. We talk about the crops or the weather as much as we talk about health. It is a simple way of living. We don't have fancy computers to keep records; we still use a lot of paper and ink. It is a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us and the people here. We stay open as long as there are people who need us. It is quiet work, far away from the noise of the main highways. We just do our bit for the village.
