Small Steps School

You can find us at 768 - A, right in Sector 4 of Karnal. It’s a regular street with houses and a few other small spots. We started Small Steps School because we wanted a place nearby where kids could just be kids while learning their basic lessons. The building is modest. We have a few rooms and a bit of space for the little ones to run around during their breaks. It gets quite noisy during recess, which the neighbors are probably used to by now. We don't have any corporate offices or big slogans hanging on the walls. It’s just us teachers and the kids. We spend a lot of time cleaning up spilled paint or helping with shoelaces. Life here is pretty simple and predictable. We follow the school calendar, celebrate the usual holidays, and try to keep things moving forward. Karnal is a nice place to work, and Sector 4 is a decent area. We see the same parents every morning at the gate. Some of them are in a rush to get to work, while others stay to talk for a minute. We handle the paperwork, the lessons, and the daily snacks. It isn't a flashy operation, but it works for the families around here. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the kids are safe and getting their work done before they head home in the afternoon. It is just a small local school doing its job.
