Shree Agrasen Sewa Foundation

Shree Agrasen Sewa Foundation is tucked away in Gali No. 28B in Karan Vihar. Karnal is a nice place to be, and our street is one of those narrow ones where you really have to know where you are going to find us. The house is a standard brick building, and we use the ground floor for all the foundation activities. It gets a bit dusty outside sometimes, but we try to keep the inside clean and organized. We have a few benches for people to sit on and a main desk where most of the administrative stuff happens. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long, like kids playing or the local vendors selling vegetables. It is a very lively part of town. We are just a small group of people who wanted to do something useful, so we set up this space. There is nothing formal about how we work. We usually have the door open so a bit of a breeze can come through. We spend a lot of time talking to the people who live nearby and figuring out how we can help with small tasks around the area. It is a very local operation. We don't have a big budget for fancy office supplies, so we make do with what we have. Most of the time, we are just happy to have a place where we can gather and get things done.
