Shravya Speech & Hearing Clinic

Our clinic, Shravya Speech & Hearing Clinic, is over at number 35 in Devi Murti Colony. We are quite close to Garg Hospital and right near Tagore School. Having the school nearby means it gets really loud when the kids are going home, but inside the clinic, we try to keep things as quiet as we can. This is because we do hearing tests and you need a bit of silence for those. We have some specialized equipment for checking how well people can hear and some booths that help block out the noise from Devi Murti Colony. It’s a small place, nothing too grand. We have a few staff members who help with the speech exercises. You’ll see a lot of kids coming in here, and some older folks too who are having trouble with their hearing aids. The furniture is just regular office stuff and we have some posters on the walls about how ears work. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but once you find Tagore School, we are right there. We don’t do any big advertising or anything. People mostly find us because their doctor told them to come or they live nearby in the colony. It’s a steady kind of work, helping people speak better or hear things they couldn’t before. We just do our bit and go home at the end of the day. It’s a simple operation.
