Prabhakar Hospital

Prabhakar Hospital is right there at No. 1 Assandh Road, just near the flyover. It’s a busy spot because of all the traffic coming off the main road. We’ve been in this building for years, and it’s seen a lot of people come and go. The flyover makes it easy for folks from out of town to find us, but most of our regulars are from the immediate neighborhood. We handle a bit of everything here, from broken bones to high fevers. The building has a few floors, and the stairs are a bit steep, but we manage. We spend a lot of time on our feet, running between the wards and the front desk. It gets noisy with the trucks passing by outside, but we’ve grown used to the sound. Our rooms are basic, with white sheets and small metal cabinets for the patients' things. We don't have a big fancy lobby, just a place to sit and wait. The staff is local, and we often share our lunches in the small breakroom in the back. It’s hard work, especially when it’s late at night and the emergency bell rings. We just do what needs to be done without making a big deal out of it. It’s a practical place for people who need a doctor without any extra fluff. We keep the front door open for the breeze, even if it brings in some dust.
