You can find Parakul Foods Private Limited over at 49, 1 Karan Vihar in Karnal. We have been operating out of this spot for a bit now. Karnal is a good place for a food business because people here really appreciate a decent meal. Our day usually starts pretty early before the sun is even fully up. We have to get the kitchen ready and check on the deliveries that are supposed to arrive. Sometimes the trucks are late, and that throws off our whole schedule for the morning. It’s just a small building we work out of, nothing too impressive to look at from the outside. Inside, it is usually a bit of a mess with all the ingredients and boxes lying around. We try to keep it organized, but when things get busy, that goes out the window. Most of the people working here are from around the 132001 area. We know each other well and spend most of our time chatting while we work on the food. We don't use any big corporate talk or have long meetings. We just talk about what needs to be done today and then we go do it. If a machine breaks down, we fix it ourselves if we can. It is a very hands-on kind of place. We aren't looking to become a giant chain, we just like having our own little corner in Karan Vihar.
