Om Provision Store

We are located on Kaithal Road in Karnal. It’s a straightforward grocery store. We carry the usual things like flour, pulses, soaps, and snacks. Most of our customers are locals who live nearby and just need something for their kitchen. The shop is stocked pretty high with bags and boxes. Sometimes it's hard to find space to move around when a new delivery comes in. We start early in the morning to get everything ready before people head to work. It’s a lot of lifting and moving heavy sacks of rice. We know most of the people who walk through the door by name. It’s a friendly neighborhood, and we like being part of it. The traffic on Kaithal Road can get quite heavy, so there’s always a bit of dust. We spend a lot of time cleaning the jars and shelves. It isn't a supermarket with fancy lights, just a regular corner shop where you get your daily milk and bread. We keep a ledger for some of the regulars. Some days we are very busy and the line goes out the door, especially in the evenings. Other times it’s quiet enough to have a long chat with whoever stops by. We’ve been here for years and the shop hasn't changed much. It’s just how things go in this part of Karnal.
