We are situated right next to the State Bank of India on the Old GT Road. It’s a very old and well-known road, so most people don't have any trouble finding us. Being adjacent to the bank means there’s a lot of activity throughout the day. People are always coming and going. We handle various care products and medical supplies from this location. The building is a bit older, which fits the feel of the Old GT Road. Inside, we’ve set things up simply. We have our storage in the back and a small area in the front where we talk to people. It’s a lot of work keeping things organized because the space is a bit narrow. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking our ledgers. It’s a hands-on business. We don't have a big corporate office or a marketing team. It’s just us making sure the supplies are available for the people who need them. Sometimes the traffic on the GT road gets really backed up and it’s hard for the delivery trucks to pull in, but we make it work. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the road change over the years. We just keep our doors open and do our job. If you’re passing by the bank, you’ll see our place right there. It’s a humble setup, but it gets the job done for us and the locals.
