Narang Fruit Private Limited

Narang Fruit Private Limited is right in the middle of the busy fruit market in Assandh. We have shops numbered one to three. It is a loud place, especially at four or five in the morning when the trucks start arriving from the farms. There is always the sound of wooden crates banging and people shouting prices across the lot. Our floor is usually covered in bits of straw and cardboard from the packaging. We spend most of our time sorting through piles of fruit, checking what looks okay and what needs to go. It’s physically tiring work and your back starts to hurt by noon. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s just a set of shops where we store the stock and talk to the vendors. Sometimes we share a pot of tea while waiting for a late delivery to show up. The air always smells like overripe mangoes or citrus depending on the month. When the market gets crowded, it’s hard to even walk between the stalls. We have been here in Karnal for a while now and everyone knows where the shops are. It is just a basic trade business. We don't use computers much except for the final billing at the end of the day. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy moving boxes to worry about it.
