Nagpal Chicken Corner

Nagpal Chicken Corner is on Assandh Road in the Model Town area of Panipat. We are situated right near the Sethia Filling Station, so a lot of people stop in after getting fuel for their cars. It’s a busy part of town and the traffic can be quite something during the evening rush. We spend most of our time in the kitchen getting the chicken ready for the tandoor or the pans. It gets hot in there, especially in the summer, but that’s the job. People in Panipat like their food, and we’ve been serving the neighborhood here for a long time. It’s not a fancy dining hall with waiters in suits; it’s more of a place where you get your food and eat it hot. We have a few tables, but a lot of people just take their orders home. The Model Town crowd is usually looking for something quick and tasty after work. We do everything ourselves, from picking the meat to mixing the spices. We don't use any pre-made stuff from the stores. It’s just us and the grill every day. Sometimes we run out of things early if the crowd is big, but we try to keep up. It’s a simple life running a chicken shop on a busy road. We’re just local people cooking for other local people in this corner of Panipat. We have been at this spot for years and the neighbors know us well.
