M/S Petron Engg. Const. Ltd.

Our office for M/S Petron Engg. Const. Ltd. is out in the Karnal district of Haryana. It’s a place where you see a lot of fields and a lot of industry mixed together. Being near the highway means there is always a sense of things moving. The office itself is nothing special to look at. It’s just a functional space where we keep our files and meet up before heading out to sites. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working together for years, so we don't need to say much to understand what needs doing. The winters get really foggy and cold, and the summers are just plain brutal. We deal with it by just getting on with the work. There’s no use complaining about the weather when there are projects to finish. We drink a lot of milk-tea and talk about the local news during our breaks. It’s a very straightforward environment. We don't have fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have a calendar and a bunch of to-do lists. It’s a good, honest place to work. We like the fact that we are part of the growth in this part of Haryana. It feels like we are doing something useful, even if it’s just managing the daily grind. We keep our boots by the door and just get on with it.
