We are located in Karnal, specifically over at Vikas. It’s a straightforward engineering setup we have here. We don't go in for fancy decor or big advertisements. The work we do involves a lot of technical checks and development stuff, which means the office is usually quiet with people concentrating. You’ll see a lot of quality control documents lying around because that’s a big part of what we do. QC and CA work takes up a lot of our time, even if it's just looking at spreadsheets. It’s funny how much time we spend just checking things over and over. Karnal is a good place to work, but it has its own pace. We try to keep up with the engineering demands without losing our minds. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and then running out to look at a piece of equipment. Sometimes the computers act up and we have to wait for the local tech guy to come by. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a dedicated group of people who know a thing or two about engineering. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy philosophy. We just come in, do the engineering work, and go home to our families. Some days are longer than others, especially when a project deadline is breathing down our necks. But we get through it. It’s just the way development work goes. We keep it simple and focus on the numbers and the quality. We're just here in Karnal doing our job.
