Mount Litera Zee School

Out here in Madhuban, things are a bit quieter than in the middle of Karnal city. Our school sits in this area and we see the same faces every morning. Mount Litera Zee School is basically just a group of people trying to get the local kids through their classes. We have the usual classrooms and a playground that gets a lot of use during the short breaks. The weather in Karnal can be quite harsh, really cold in the winter and very hot in the summer, so we spend a lot of time adjusting the windows or the heaters. The office staff stays busy with the registrations and parents coming in to ask about fees or grades. It’s a lot of paper shuffling and phone calls. We don't have a big corporate feel here. It’s more like a place where everyone knows everyone else’s name after a few months. The teachers spend their afternoons marking papers and planning what to do the next day. Sometimes we have events where the kids put on shows, which usually means a lot of chaos and moving chairs around. It’s just a normal school life. We open early, we teach the lessons, and we go home when the sun starts to go down. No big secrets or fancy tricks, just a steady rhythm that keeps the place going year after year for the families around here. It is a practical spot for children to learn and grow up.
