Maan Ice Cream

We have been here at Maan Ice Cream for a while now. The shop is located in Karan Vihar, right on the Karnal-Shamli Road. Most people know us because we are near the sugar mill. It's a busy spot with trucks passing by all day. We just sell ice cream to whoever stops by. It gets really hot out here, so people come in looking for something cold to eat. The place isn't fancy at all. It's just a small shop where we keep the freezers running all day and night. Sometimes the road gets very dusty, but we try to keep the place as clean as we can for the folks who walk in. We started this because there wasn't much around this part of Cssri. My family helps out with the work. We open early and stay open until the evening rush is over. People from the nearby sugar mill often walk over during their lunch breaks. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure the flavors are always stocked up. Sometimes the delivery truck is late, and we just have to wait around. That's just how it goes here. We don't do any big advertising. Usually, people just see the sign while they are driving towards Karnal or Shamli. We have some wooden benches outside for people to sit. It’s a simple life for us. We try to be friendly to everyone. We like seeing the local kids come in after their school day is finished. They usually know exactly what they want before they even walk in. We keep the prices fair so everyone in the neighborhood can afford a small treat once in a while.
