Liberty

We are based right here in Karnal, specifically at house number 873 in the New Housing Board Colony. It is a pretty standard neighborhood where people mostly know each other. We have been operating from this spot for a good while now. It isn’t some big glass building you might see in a city like Delhi. It is just a regular house that we have turned into our workspace. Most days start with a cup of tea and a look at what needs doing. The colony is usually quiet, except for the occasional street vendor passing by. We like it that way because it helps us focus on the work. People sometimes struggle to find the exact house number if they are new to the area, but once they see the gate, they know they are at Liberty. We don't have a lot of staff, just a few of us who know the routine well. The rooms are filled with papers and the usual stuff you find in an office. It gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up in Haryana, but that is just how it is here. We do not try to make things look more important than they are. We just handle the business and go home at the end of the day. It is a practical setup that works for us. We are just regular people making a living in a quiet corner of town. We’ve been here since the colony was much smaller than it is today.
