Liberty Leather

We’ve been at Liberty House on Railway Road for quite a while now. Most people know the building. It’s a busy spot, but we like it here. Working with leather is what we do every day. It’s messy work sometimes, and the smell of the hides is something you just get used to after a week or two. We handle all sorts of things here. If you walk down Railway Road, you’ll see us. The shop isn’t fancy. We have piles of stuff everywhere, and the floors aren't always swept perfectly because there is always something being cut or moved around. My father used to say that a clean leather shop isn't doing much work. We stick to that. People come in looking for specific pieces, or maybe they want something fixed up. We just sit at the benches and get to it. Sometimes the rain makes the street outside a bit of a mess, but we’re usually inside anyway. It’s a solid trade. We don't spend much time on the computer or making things look pretty for a website. Most of our day is spent with the tools and the material. If you need to find us, just look for Liberty House. It’s right there on the road. We are usually around from early morning until the sun goes down. It's just a regular place where we work hard and try to get the orders done right for whoever stops by.
