You can find us at Plot No-286 in Sector-8 of the Urban Estate. It is a fairly quiet area compared to the main market, which is nice because it makes loading the trucks a lot easier. We deal with wool mostly. Kumar Wools has been around for a bit, and we have stayed in this same spot. The building is a standard industrial plot. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves and stacks of bags. Wool has a very specific smell, especially when the weather gets a bit humid, but you get used to it after a couple of days. We spend a lot of time checking the inventory and making sure everything is dry. The floors are concrete and they get pretty cold in the winter months. We usually have a kettle going for tea because the office part stays chilly. There isn’t much to look at here, just rows of product and some old desks where we keep the ledgers. We don't have a lot of walk-in customers since we mostly handle the wholesale side of things. Most of our day is spent on the phone or talking to the drivers who come to pick up orders. It’s straightforward work. We don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. We just keep the wool moving and try to keep the place organized as best as we can. It's a regular business that follows the same routine every week.
