We help people with all sorts of travel plans, whether it is something local or something involving more paperwork for longer trips. Prem Nagar is a busy residential area, so we get a lot of neighbors dropping by to ask about ticket prices or car rentals during the day. We try to keep things organized, but with so many different requests coming in, it can get a bit hectic in the office sometimes. We have desks piled with papers and some old maps lying around on the shelves. It is not the most polished or modern place, but it works for what we need to do. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking details for people to make sure they are okay. Sometimes we stay late in the evening to make sure everything is sorted for a trip the next morning. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there or anything. We just want to make sure the people who come to us get where they need to go. It is a very straightforward business for us.
