Kamal Kishore

This is the spot for Kamal Kishore in Panipat. We are at 18-19 in the Shakuntla Complex on G T Road. It is a busy part of town, especially with all the trucks and buses going by on the main road. The complex has been here for years, and we’ve been inside it for a good chunk of that time. It’s a practical space. We have desks, some chairs for people to sit on, and plenty of work to keep us moving. Panipat is a hard-working place, and we try to fit in with that. We don't do much in the way of decoration. There might be a calendar on the wall and some old files stacked up. We just take things as they come. If someone needs something, they walk in and we talk about it. No complicated systems or long meetings. Usually, there's some noise from the street, but you get used to it after a week or two. My family has been around this area for a long time. We know the other shop owners in the complex. Sometimes we share a cup of tea in the afternoon. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We don’t have a website that looks like a movie. We just have our names on the door and we show up every morning. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. That’s how we like it. We usually close up around six.
