K S Garments

We set up K S Garments here in Vikas Nagar because it's where we live and work every day. If you are looking for us, we are right near the N.F.L Township area. It is a bit tucked away behind Nagal Kheri, but a lot of folks around here know the way once they get close to the township gates. We handle all sorts of garment work in this small space. Some days are busier than others, especially when the local markets get crowded. The shop isn't anything fancy to look at from the outside. We just have our machines and the stock we work on. Being near the N.F.L area means we see a lot of people passing by on their way to work. We’ve been at this address for a while now. It gets a bit dusty on the road sometimes, but that is just how the neighborhood is. We keep the doors open and just get on with the sewing and packing. There’s no big sign or flashing lights, just the name on the front. We know the neighbors and they know us. It is a practical spot for a business like ours since the transport can get in and out behind Nagal Kheri without too much trouble. Most of our time is spent checking pieces or talking to the folks who drop things off. We don't spend much time on the computer or doing paperwork. We just focus on the clothes and getting the stitches right. There’s always a pile of scrap fabric in the corner that we need to clear out, but we never seem to get to it. That’s just life in a small workshop. We like the spot. It’s a simple life here in Vikas Nagar.
