Japfa Comfeed India Ltd.

Over at Plot No. 4 on the Sector-16 Road, you will find our place in Khera Colony. It is a busy part of the area, and there are always trucks pulling in and out throughout the day. Japfa Comfeed India Ltd. is a bit of a name, but for us who work here, it is just the place where we spend our mornings and evenings. The road outside can get pretty congested, especially with all the activity in Khera Colony, but we have our routine down. We handle a lot of feed and stuff for animals, so the smell is quite specific—something you eventually stop noticing. The warehouse is large and can feel a bit cold in the winter, but it stays active. We have folks from all over the local area working the shifts. It is not a quiet job by any means. There is the constant sound of loading and the beeping of vehicles backing up. We don't have fancy decorations on the walls, just calendars and maybe a few old photos. We focus on getting the bags moved and the orders sorted correctly. It is a lot of physical labor and staying on your feet. Most of us have been here long enough that we don't need to be told what to do next. We just see the work and get it done before the sun sets over Sector-16.
