Ildela Llp

Ildela Llp is based at 469/7. It’s a small, modest address, but it’s where all our work happens. We don’t have a big fancy building or a sprawling campus. It’s just this one spot where we gather every day. The space is a bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot of stuff going on, but we make it work. We’ve been here for a while, and the walls are covered with notes and reminders of things we’ve done or need to do. It’s not a very polished environment, but it’s ours. We don’t spend much on marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. We just focus on the tasks that come across our desks. Some days are long, and we end up staying way past dark, while other days are a bit more relaxed. We don't have a rigid way of doing things; we just adapt to whatever the day brings. The neighborhood around 469/7 is familiar to us, and we like the local shops nearby where we grab our snacks. It’s a very human way to run a business, I think. We are just a group of people trying to do something useful. We don't need any grand missions or vision statements. We just show up at 469/7, do our best, and then do it all again the next day. It’s simple, honest work, and that is enough for us. Sometimes we even lose track of time when we are really deep into a project.
