Our office for Ijm(India) Infrastructure Ltd. is right near the Karan Stadium in Karnal. If you know Tube Well No. 9, then you know exactly where we are. It’s a handy spot because the stadium is a big landmark for everyone in the area. We have been working out of here for some time now. Karnal is a busy place, and being in this part of Haryana keeps us close to the action. The office is pretty basic. We have some desks, chairs, and a lot of folders. It gets a bit dusty sometimes because of the construction talk and the nearby roads, but we don't mind. We focus on infrastructure, so our days are filled with numbers and project plans. We don’t have a receptionist in a suit or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just find one of us sitting at a desk checking over a report or talking on the phone to someone at a site. We keep things simple. Sometimes the power goes out and we just wait it out with some tea. It's not a high-rise office, just a local place where the work gets done. Most of the guys are out on the field anyway. When we are all in the office at once, it gets a bit crowded and loud. That’s just the way it is here. We like being near the stadium, it feels like a good part of the city to be in.
