This business is run by Vikas Sharma, and we are based out of V.P.O. Uchana in the Karnal district. Even though the name mentions Gurgaon, our main hub where we actually do the work is here in Uchana. It’s a village area, so it’s a bit different from the big city offices people might expect. We use a space that belongs to the family, which makes things easier for us. The focus here is on education and communication tasks, mostly helping people with ICT related things. It’s a humble setup with a few computers and some desks we’ve had for years. We get a lot of local students and people from the nearby villages coming in to ask for help or to learn something new. My father, Sh. Balbir Singh, is well known in the community, so that helps people trust us. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find out about what we do here in Uchana. The power can be a bit spotty sometimes, but we have a backup to keep the computers running. It’s a quiet life here compared to the rush of Gurgaon, but we like being close to home. We just try to provide what people need and keep the business going one day at a time.
