Himalya Public School

We started this place back in the day on the bye pass. It's right near Ranwar Road. The kids come here every morning. It's just a school, nothing fancy. We have classrooms and a playground. Teachers are from around here. We just try to get the day done and teach the kids what they need. Traffic on GT road can be loud sometimes, but we got used to it. The gate is usually open by 7. Some parents drop their kids off early. We've been here for a while. It's just a normal part of life in Karnal. The building is painted, and we keep things clean enough. There's plenty of space outside for the children to run around during break. Sometimes we have meetings with the parents in the office. It's not a big corporate thing, just us and the local families. We focus on the books and making sure the kids know their numbers and letters. If it rains, the yard gets a bit muddy, but that's just how it goes here. Most of the staff has been with us for years now. We know the families and they know us. It feels right being part of the community like this. Just a school doing its job. The walls in the hallway have some old photos of past batches of students. It’s interesting to see how the uniforms have changed over the years. We have a few buses that run on specific routes through Karnal. The drivers have been with us for a long time. We don't have a big glossy brochure. If you want to know about us, you just come by and talk. We’re usually in the office by 8 in the morning. We just try to keep the environment safe and steady for the students. It's a lot of responsibility, but we've gotten into a good rhythm after all these years of being here on Ranwar Road.
