Heaven Of Flowers

Heaven Of Flowers is located out in Village Buddakhera. To find us, you have to head toward the Dargah Sharif; we are right near there. Ramvilas Singh is the name on the records, but most people just know us for the flowers. It is a bit of a drive out here, but the air is different than in the middle of the city. We deal with all sorts of blooms, depending on what is growing and what the weather is like. Being in a village means things are a bit more relaxed, but the work is still hard because plants don't wait for anyone. We spend a lot of time getting our hands dirty and making sure everything stays fresh. The area near the Dargah gets quite busy on certain days, so we see a lot of people passing through then. Our setup is simple, just enough space to handle the flowers and get them ready for whoever is buying. It is not a fancy boutique with glass windows and air conditioning. It is just a workspace filled with colors and stems. We wake up early to get things sorted before the sun gets too hot. People come to us when they have a celebration or even when things are sad. We just provide the flowers for whatever is going on in their lives. It is good work that keeps us connected to the ground.
