Gupta Dental Clinic Implant Centre

If you walk down Devi Mandir Road, you’ll find us at 21/A. It’s a straightforward location, right on the main stretch there. We call it an implant centre because that’s what we end up doing most of the time these days. People lose a tooth and they want a permanent fix, so they come to us. The clinic isn't very large, but we’ve tucked the X-ray machine and all the surgical tools into the back rooms. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we have more than three people in the waiting area. The road outside is usually busy with people going to the temple or just passing through. We’ve been at this address for a good while now. The building is older, but it holds up well. We don't have a receptionist who wears a suit or anything; it’s usually just one of us answering the phone when it rings. Sometimes the phone rings while we’re mid-procedure, and we just have to let it go to voicemail. We try to call everyone back by the end of the shift. Most of our day is spent looking at scans and fitting these tiny metal parts. It’s precise work and it can be tiring on the eyes. We drink a lot of tea in the small break area we made in the corner. It’s a simple life, just doing dental work on Devi Mandir Road and helping the locals get their smiles back. We aren't doing anything fancy, just work.
