Govind Clinic

Our clinic is a small, local spot right in the middle of Prem nagar. It is the kind of place where you usually see the same neighbors coming in every time they have a cough or a minor ache. We do not have a big fancy building, just a simple room with a desk and some chairs for folks to sit on while they wait. Prem nagar is a tight-knit area, so there is usually a lot of talking and catching up happening in the waiting area. The door stays open most of the day to let a bit of a breeze in, and you can hear the kids playing in the street outside. It is not a corporate setup at all; it is just a plain clinic for the people living nearby. We keep our records in a few old cabinets and have a small cabinet for the basic medicines we keep on hand. The lighting is just a few tube lights on the ceiling, and we have a small clock on the wall that is usually a few minutes fast. Most people just walk here from their houses. We do not have a big parking lot or anything like that. It is a quiet life for the most part, except when the local market is busy and the street gets blocked up. We know most of the families around here and they know us. It is just a regular part of the neighborhood where people come when they need a bit of help with their health.
