G. Nine Bioceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is based out of unit 208-F in Section 3 of the Hsiidc Industrial Estate. Working in an industrial estate means things are always a bit noisy and there are trucks coming in and out at all hours. Our space is divided between a small office area and a section where we manage our bioceutical stocks. It’s a practical environment where the focus is on handling the products and getting them ready for distribution. We don't have any plush carpets or fancy art on the walls, just whiteboards with schedules and shelves full of technical manuals. The morning usually starts with checking the inventory and making sure the temperature controls are exactly where they need to be. Dealing with bioceuticals requires a lot of attention to detail, so we spend a fair amount of time on paperwork and quality checks. The industrial area can be quite dusty, especially when the wind picks up, so we are always wiping down the equipment. Our team is small, mostly people from the local area who know the business well. We usually take our breaks in the small corner nook with a kettle and some biscuits. It’s a quiet life in some ways, even with all the industrial noise outside. We just focus on keeping the orders moving and making sure the labels are applied correctly before the evening pickup. It's regular work that keeps the day moving along quickly for all of us.
