Our office is in a village called Muniyar Pur. It’s in the Kurukshetra district of Haryana, near the 132136 area. Being in a VPO means things are a bit slower than the big cities, which we like. Crystal Solution isn't a huge name, just a local private limited company. We do most of our work from this small building here. The surroundings are mostly fields, so it’s quite peaceful compared to working in a place like Delhi. We have a few computers and we try to keep the power running with a backup when the electricity goes out. It’s a simple setup. We know most of the people around the village. Sometimes we have to travel to the main town for supplies or to meet people. We handle different kinds of solutions, mostly things that come our way through local contacts. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. People usually find us by word of mouth. We just sit at our desks, do what needs to be done, and then go home. It’s a practical way to work. We don't use fancy jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We're just part of the local community here in Kurukshetra, doing our bit and keeping the business running as smoothly as we can. It is a humble place but we get the job done for whoever needs our help.
