If you look for us, you’ll find Carus Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. at Plot No. 75 in Sector-3 of the HSIIDC area. This industrial estate is quite organized, which makes things a bit easier for us. We spend a lot of time inside the lab areas, so we don't always see much of the outside world during the day. It’s a clean environment, as it has to be for the kind of work we do. We have a lot of glass jars, scales, and notebooks lying around. It’s not like a regular factory with big heavy machines, but it’s still busy in its own way. We have a team of people who are very careful with what they do. Precision is just part of the daily routine here. The HSIIDC area is good because the roads are wide and the utilities usually work fine. We’ve been here for a few years now. Most of us eat lunch together in the small break room we have. We talk about local news or what’s happening in the sector. We don't really do any big advertising or try to sound more important than we are. We just provide what we can from this small corner of Sector-3. It’s a steady job and we like the people we work with. Plot No. 75 has become like a second home for most of us who spend our eight hours here every day doing the testing.
