Arora Travels Services is right at the Main Bus Stand Chowk on Bir Badalwa Road in Nigdhu. This is a very busy part of town and we are right in the middle of it all. I have been here for a long time watching the buses come and go. We started this service because people were always asking for more reliable ways to travel than just waiting for the public buses. Our office is easy to find because everyone knows the chowk. We mostly help people with local travel but we can also arrange longer trips if you ask us in advance. Nigdhu is our home and we take pride in knowing all the regular customers who pass by every morning. We do not have any shiny brochures or complicated websites, just a phone and a desk. If you need a ride, you just walk up and talk to us. We keep things very simple here. My brothers and I take turns managing the bookings and making sure the vehicles are ready to go. Sometimes the road gets dusty and the traffic at the chowk is a mess, but we are used to it. We just want to provide a decent service for the people living in this part of Karnal. It is a straightforward business where a handshake still means something. We are just local people helping our neighbors get around.
