Aneevi Paper Products

Aneevi Paper Products is based at 127/3 in the HSIIDC Industrial Estate. This is a big area with lots of numbered plots, and we are just one of the many businesses trying to get things done every single day. We work with paper, mostly converting it into different products that other businesses need for their own operations. It involves a lot of lifting and moving heavy rolls around the floor. The air in the workshop usually smells like a mix of glue and raw paper. We do not have any fancy mission statements or corporate values pinned to the wall. We just show up in the morning and start the machines. The estate is a bit far from the main city, so it is a quiet place except for the sounds of the trucks coming in. Most of us eat our lunch together in a small corner of the shop. We talk about our families or the weather rather than talking about business strategies. The work is steady but it can be quite tiring on the back after a few hours. We have had some rough patches where things did not go right, but we always managed to pull through by just putting in the extra hours. We are not trying to become a global giant. We just want to keep our machines running and our small team of workers employed.
