Aadi Anadi Care Foundation

We are located on the ground floor at SCF 26 in Karnal. Being in a shop-cum-flat area means there is always something going on right outside our door. We have a simple shop front where people can walk right in if they have questions. The office is one long room with a partition in the middle. We have some metal cupboards for our files and a few plastic chairs for visitors. It’s a bit of a practical setup, nothing for show. We spend our time managing care programs and talking to people who come by for help. The floor is easy to sweep, which is good because people bring in a lot of dust from the street. We have a small desk for the computer and another big table for meetings. There is a tea stall just a few doors down, so we usually have a glass of hot tea on our desks by ten in the morning. The noise from the market is constant, with scooters and people talking, but it makes us feel like we are in the middle of everything. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know each other well. We do the work that needs doing, whether it’s filling out forms or visiting folks in the neighborhood. It’s a straightforward life here in Karnal, and we like it that way.
