Lavanya Constructions

Lavanya Constructions is based out of Apseb Colony. Our office is at H No 8 2 109/3/1, on Plot No 53. We’ve been working around this area for quite some time. Construction is a messy business, honestly. There's always sand, bricks, and cement everywhere. We spend a lot of our time at sites, looking at blueprints or talking to the laborers. Our main office in Apseb Colony is where we keep all the files and tools that aren't being used. It’s not a shiny place. It’s functional. We have a few desks and a lot of maps on the walls. Sy No 58 is the general area we cover. Sometimes we’re working on a small house, other times it’s something a bit bigger. We don't really have a big sales pitch. Most people know us because they see our trucks or our guys working around the neighborhood. It’s a lot of physical work and standing out in the sun. We try to keep things moving along even when the weather isn't great. Dealing with permits and all that paperwork is the boring part, but it has to be done. We just do our work and go home. We’ve lived and worked in this part of town for years. It’s familiar to us. Just a local construction outfit trying to get things built right. There is always something new to fix or build in the neighborhood.
