We work out of No. 94 Satyarang in Nana Master Nagar. This is where Desibol Rural Bpo Services Private Limited is based. It is not your typical high-rise office. It is a more quiet, local setting which suits us just fine. We have a row of computers and some headsets where the team spends most of their day. We handle a lot of data and calls for different people. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed compared to the big city offices. We take our breaks together and someone usually brings snacks from home. Nana Master Nagar is a decent area, and we like that we can work closer to where we live. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we have a backup plan for that. We spend a lot of time training new people who haven't worked in a BPO before. It takes a bit of patience, but they get the hang of it. The office itself is simple. We have some whiteboards for notes and a small kitchen area. It gets a bit lively when everyone is on a call at the same time. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; we just focus on the tasks we have for the day. Most of us have been here since the start. It feels more like a community than a workplace sometimes. We just keep our heads down and get the typing and talking done.
