Yuvaraj Motivators is based right here in Godavarikhani. Our office is at H.No Srt-28 in the Power House Colony. It's a well-known spot in the Karimnagar district. Jagadish Singh started things here, and we've just kept going. It's not a big company with hundreds of employees. We are more of a local group that focuses on getting people moving in the right direction. Living and working in a place like this means you know your neighbors and the people who walk by every day. The Power House Colony is a decent area to set up shop. We deal with all sorts of things related to motivation and helping people find their way. Sometimes it’s about giving a talk, other times it’s just one-on-one advice. We don't have a polished manual for everything. We just talk to people like they are people. The pin code is 505001 if you are sending us mail. It gets pretty hot around here in the summer, so we mostly stay indoors and work through our plans. We have been in this house for a while and it feels like home to us now. There is no corporate ladder here to climb. We are just doing our part for the community in Andhra Pradesh. It’s steady work and we like the pace of things. If you come by, you’ll see it’s just a normal house where we do our business.
