We are located at 69-8-21 in Mukarampura. Venkatesh Real Estate has been here for years. It’s not a flashy office with glass doors. It’s just a regular room with some chairs and a desk where we handle our business. Mukarampura is a busy area, and we are right in the middle of it. We deal with plots and houses mostly. People in the neighborhood know us by name. We don't do any big advertising. If someone wants to sell their land, they just walk in and talk to us. We have a lot of old registers filled with names and numbers. It’s not the most organized system, but we know where everything is. The heat in the summer can be tough, so we keep the windows open. You can hear the sounds of the street all day long. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just help people find a place to live or invest. Sometimes we spend hours just talking to clients about things that have nothing to do with real estate. That’s just how it is here. We are plain people doing a plain job. We’ve seen the town grow and the prices go up. We just keep track of the changes. If you need us, we are usually here from morning until the sun goes down. It's a long day but we like the work.
