Vasudeva Multispeciality Hospital is located right at Mancherial Chowrastha. If you know the area, you know how busy Peddapally Road can get during the rush hour. We are right in the thick of it. The noise from the intersection is something we have just gotten used to over the years. It is a big junction, so there is always someone passing by. We see buses, cars, and bikes zipping past the front all day long. The building itself is easy to spot once you reach the chowrastha. Inside, it is a bit quieter than the street, though not by much when we have a full waiting room. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it can feel a bit crowded. That is just how it goes on Peddapally Road. The staff here mostly knows the local shortcuts to avoid the traffic when they come in for their shifts. We have been in this spot for a bit, and the neighborhood has changed around us, but the road is still as hectic as ever. We spend our days mostly looking after people who come in from the surrounding villages and the town. It is practical work. There are no fancy decorations or anything like that. Just a hospital doing its thing at a very busy crossroads. You can hear the horns honking outside while we work. It reminds us that we are right in the middle of everything and that the town is always moving around us.
