We are located at Dr. No.6-6-427/1 & 2 on the Hyd Road. Being on the Hyderabad Road means we get a lot of people stopping by as they travel in and out of the city. Our place is all about TVS vehicles, and you’ll usually see a line of bikes parked out front waiting for service or for someone to take a look at them. It’s a greasy, hands-on kind of environment here. We have the workshop area where the mechanics are always busy with tools, and a smaller space where we handle the paperwork and talk to customers. It’s loud, it’s busy, and there is always the smell of engine oil in the air. We don’t put on any acts here; we tell people what’s wrong with their bikes and how long it’ll take to fix. The Hyderabad Road is always noisy with heavy trucks and buses, so we have to shout a bit sometimes to be heard. We’ve been serving this area for quite some time, and many of our customers are folks who have been coming to us for years. We aren't interested in being the most polished showroom in the state; we just want to make sure the bikes that leave here are running right. Our staff are mostly local guys who know their way around an engine. It’s a simple, hardworking shop where the focus is on the machines and the people who ride them.
