Sous Chef

Sous Chef is our kitchen located at 21-6-61 in Hanuman Nagar, right by the FCI in Karimnagar, Andhra Pradesh. The pin code is 505210. It’s a loud and hot place to work most of the time. We spend all day chopping vegetables and cooking over big stoves that throw off a lot of heat. The address is in a busy part of the district so there is always something going on outside with trucks and people. We don't have a fancy dining room for people to sit in and eat. It’s mostly about the work happening in the back with the pots and pans. The floor is usually a bit wet from cleaning and there’s always the heavy smell of spices in the air. We wear aprons that get dirty pretty fast from the oil and the sauces. Karimnagar is a hot place, and it gets even hotter inside the kitchen during the lunch rush. We have a small crew and we all know each other well enough. We don't have time for marketing or looking professional. We just focus on the food and making sure the orders are ready on time. The building is a bit old and the plumbing acts up sometimes when we are busy. We have a big sink where we wash the heavy pots. It’s a lot of hard work and standing on our feet all day long. We just keep our heads down and do the cooking. It’s a simple life centered around the ingredients we use.
