Shashi Kala Hospital

Down here in Jagtyal, Shashi Kala Hospital is where we work every day. Our location is in the 505327 area code. It’s a pretty straightforward place. Big glass windows or fancy lobbies aren't found here like they are in the city hospitals. This is a solid building that has been part of the community for a while now. People from all around the Jagtyal area come here when they aren't feeling well. From small scrapes to people staying overnight, we handle a bit of everything. The rooms are basic but they are clean. Advertising isn't something we spend money on because everyone around here already knows where we are. Usually, a neighbor just tells someone else to come see us. When it gets quite hot in the summer, we keep the fans going all day long. Local people make up most of the staff, so we often know the families who come in. Formal rules about how things look aren't a priority as long as the work gets done and the patients are looked after. The pace is a bit slower than the big city, but we stay busy enough. Even when the power goes out, we have a backup to keep things running. It’s just a normal hospital doing what it can for the folks living out here. We have been in this spot for years and don't plan on moving anywhere else anytime soon.
